THE MENTORING PROJECT OFFERS LIVE MENTOR TRAININGS NATIONALLY

IMG_5607.jpg

Several times a year, we conduct live mentor trainings in cities outside of our program area (OKC). These seminars are usually led by TMProject President Dr. John Sowers. Dr. Sowers has been a featured speaker at The White House as well as prisons, businesses, colleges and churches and conferences such as: Place Conference, Q Ideas, The Justice Conference, Storyline, Together for Adoption, Christian Alliance for Orphans, Verge, Saddleback, Willow Creek and Life.Church.

During the training, we will brief your staff as well as help you recruit mentors and then train them at your event. The goal of these mentor trainings is to: 1) Strengthen and expand your existing mentoring community or 2) Help you launch a new mentoring community in your city.

Are you interested in having Dr. Sowers guide your group through a mentor training?

A great prelude or substitute resource to a live mentoring training conducted by TMProject staff is The Mentoring Project’s Mentor Toolkit - materials featuring many of our training principles and best practices.
